Debra and her husband have five children, left Gippsland in 2001 and settled at Clifton Springs in order to pursue a business opportunity. Debra works at Vision Australia in Belmont as a radio coordinator and recreational support worker. Her ambition is to represent the needs of the community while supporting SpringDale’s growth and direction for the future.
Vice President: Jonathan Harris
Jonathan Harris has lived on the Bellarine Peninsula for 27 years and has been on the SpringDale COM for the last three. Since 2003 he has owned and run a software and repair company – JNH Software Pty Ltd. As a small business owner Jonathan is well experienced in managing staff, finances and project management, to ensure projects are on time and on budget.
Secretary and Publicity officer: Tom O’Connor
Tom and his family first settled in Drysdale in 1973 and began an active involvement in community activities from the local Primary School, Football and Netball clubs, Drysdale/Leopld Pony Club, 13th Beach Surf Lifesaving Club, Boroughcouttas Masters Swimming Club, and most recently as local CoGG Councillor. He is qualified in Quantity Surveying, specialising in project management, and currently helps drive the Bike Safe campaign and the Committee for Bellarine Inc.

Anna, a volunteer, is assisting SpringDale in its registration as an RTO (Registered Training Organization). She also helps to coordinate the Ladies Kitchen on Friday mornings.
Sarah Baker
Sarah moved to the area 4 years ago, from Melbourne. Since the move Sarah has started her own small business making Gluten Free Foods. Sarah has a back ground in Disability work for nearly 10 years prior to starting her cooking business.

Kiri Raines is a Maori who came to SpringDale as a student on placement and was so enamoured of the atmosphere, members and staff that she decided she wanted to become a member of SpringDale. She is currently trying to complete her 2nd level in Community Services at the Gordon.
